Hi, I'm Rita.
I've never once met someone who didn't already have what they needed. They just couldn't see it yet.
That moment when it clicks is what I’m after.
I want to be the champion behind the thing you want to build but aren't sure how to start. Other people's motivation motivates me.
I am the Strategy Architect.
You already carry the value. I give it a name, a story, and a plan people can actually see.
I am an Intuitive Operator.
My work is driven by deep discernment. I listen for the root of your story, not just the facts. Then I line it up with your practical next step.
WHO YOU ARE FIRST
Know who you are. Then build from there
That's the work before the work.
The Story
-
I didn't set out to create "just another coaching program."
I set out to fix something that bothered me. The pretty plans that never left paper. The ideas that had real potential, real strategy behind them, and still never moved. I know what that feels like. I've lived it. And I know the specific kind of regret that comes with watching something similar to what you planned flourish in someone else's hands, or worse, watching your own plan sit there, unfinished, still not leaving you alone.
That feeling is what built RKR.
-
For over a decade I've been in rooms where paths get built out of nothing. From launching programs at a local nonprofit to leading workforce counseling at a local career center, I've sat across from people at every stage of figuring out what's next. What I learned in those rooms didn't come from a textbook. It came from watching what actually moves people forward and what leaves them stuck. Equity-driven work taught me that access to the right information, at the right time, changes everything.
That work extended into the church. I currently lead media ministry at my church home, managing social media, building presence, and developing the team. What started as service became a framework. Ministry Branding inside RKR isn't theoretical. It's already working.
-
My own turning point wasn't a blank resume. It was a resume that wasn't getting noticed. I did what I tell every client to do. I researched. I studied resume styles, analyzed higher level positions, looked at what was working. And somewhere in that process I stopped and thought, wait. I've done this. I've done this well. I just haven't said it about myself yet. The coworkers and supervisors who had great things to say about my work had been saying them for years. It was time I said them too.
That's when everything clicked.
-
I built RKR because the plan that won't leave you alone deserves more than hope. It deserves strategy, tools, and someone who stays until it's done. There's a spark that happens when someone connects with what they actually want to do…
and when it clicks and they start to see how to move toward it….
THAT’S THE MOMENT I’M AFTER!I want to be the cheerleader, the champion behind the thing you want to build but aren't sure how to start. Partly because I've always wanted that for myself. And partly because I've seen what that kind of encouragement does for people.
Other people's motivation motivates me. I want to feed into that.
That's what The RKR Method is built on.
Start wherever you are. Stop whenever you're through.
"You are [the] GOAT -- nonjudgmental, resourceful, relatable, dependable, trusting, kind, inspiring, spiritual and always having a positive outlook."
